A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations, failure to provide
Best Western BK's Pioneer MotorLodge with 24 hours notice will automatic imply liability and therefore a charge not exceeding one
nights accommodation will be charged.
A minimum of 72 hours notice is required for all bookings
exceeding 3 rooms, any cancellation within
72 hours will incur 1 nights accommodation for each room booked. A 50% surcharge applies for all pre booked rooms.
Cancellations due to "Acts of God" will not be charged for.
